SAMSON TI 3177-002-00218667-2016 may be utilized autonomously or as part of medical and/or forensic medical organizations, as well as in pair with the SAMUM-50 mobile morgue.
The SAMUM-SAMSON combination (also referred to as SPASS) allows medical staff to commence their duties autonomously in hard-to- reach areas.The SAMSON system does not require design estimates, nor does it require an installation/construction process or coordination, and is available to use approximately 15 minutes after deployment at destination point. In case of emergency the system may be used in pair with a transport platform and a ramp (which is part of the kit).
SAMSON may be transported by freight, sea, air, rail, or road.The unit is manufactured based on a 40-foot refrigerator container (inside size:length 11658mm., width 2282mm., height 2557mm.) with an inside temperature range of 0°С to +25°С, independently of environment temperature -45°С - +50°С.The Carrier refrigerator container comes with two Carrier refrigerating units(main and replacement) and a Carrier diesel-generator (15KW, 380V, 50Hz),which allows the unit to work autonomously for approximately 15 day/night cycles after one fuelling (500 liters).
The working area of the SAMSON unit is lit by 4 ceiling fanlights with a total surface area of over 3.2 square meters and manual/automatic opening. Above the sectioning table is a surgical lighthead. The inside of the unit is LED-lit.An air door and vertical shutters are installed at the entry point of the SAMSON system for prevention of heat loss. A double-rate electricity meter(day/night) is installed in the system in case it is powered by an external energy source. The set is also supplied with a grounding system. The rate of air exchange is 3 per hour.
The working area of the container is divided into 3 zones by roller shutters;those zones are the working zone (9 sq.m.), the study (9 sq.m.) and the bathroom/shower (6 sq.m.). The working zone may be doubled (up to 18-20 sq.m.)by raising the roller shutters. An additional sectioning table is part of the kit.Inside the bathroom there are two water tanks 1.5 cubic meters each, which allows working autonomously in terms of water for 5-10 day/night cycles. SAMSON may be connected to available plumbing and sewerage systems. It may also be used autonomously with an attachment of a septic unit and a supply of water.
